Bannockburn Pool Development Plans

As you may know, big plans are in store for upgrading the Bannockburn Pool. We have been working since summer 2008 with the county to prepare various preliminary plans for the site overall, a forestry plan and an environmental and water runoff plan which have all been approved as of fall 2010.

You can find the provisional plans in this document pool plans. In addition to the features in this drawing, steps and an underwater bench have been added to either side of the pool beyond the new deck between the lap lane end of the pool and the shallow end of the pool to provide easy access to lap lanes.
